These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, SMS/text messaging services, and related tools operated by OpenData Labs, LLC ("OpenData Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Relay recruiting platform and the Wave pay intelligence tool (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Relay connects job candidates with relevant employment opportunities shared by employers. Relay does not sell products, run promotional marketing campaigns, or charge candidates any fee. Relay shares specific job opportunities with candidates and asks whether they are interested; Relay does not rank, score, or disqualify candidates — it gathers and relays interest signals so that employers can make their own hiring decisions.
Wave provides market pay benchmarking and intelligence to employers based on aggregated, non-identifying compensation data.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
If you provide a mobile phone number and agree to receive messages, you consent to receive text messages from Relay related to job opportunities and candidate qualification. These terms apply to that messaging program:
Relay's recruiting service is free for candidates. Relay does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. Information you share with Relay — including your interest, availability, and preferences — may be shared with employers seeking candidates with similar qualifications. You can request a copy of your data or ask that your profile be retired at any time through our Privacy Policy.
Employers using Relay to source candidates are subject to applicable pricing, which will be presented prior to purchase. Employers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable employment, labor, and anti-discrimination laws in their use of candidate information provided through the Services. OpenData Labs does not screen, endorse, or guarantee the suitability of any candidate for any position.

All content, branding, software, and materials made available through the Services are owned by OpenData Labs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenData Labs, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenData Labs, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
